1. Entry & ID: Entry permitted only with a valid ticket and original/ digilocker Government photo ID (Aadhaar / DL / Passport). Children above the age of 5 years are chargeable
2. No Refunds: Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including cancellations due to weather or safety protocols.
3. Timings: Gates close 30 minutes before the aerial display. Late entry is not allowed.
4. Security Check: All attendees are subject to mandatory security screening. Non-cooperation may lead to denial of entry.
5. Aviation Safety Zone: Venue is a high-security Aviation Zone. Entry into restricted areas or interaction with aircraft is a punishable offence.
6. Prohibited Items: Drones, laser pointers, professional camera equipment (without media pass), flammables, alcohol, drugs, weapons, large bags, RC devices, perfumes, e-cigarettes, food items, and harmful materials are strictly prohibited. Confiscated items will not be returned.
7. Liability: Organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Damage to venue property is punishable by law.
8. Weather Disclaimer: Aerial display is weather-dependent and may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled without notice.
9. Exit Protocol: Staggered exit may be enforced. Attendees may be required to remain in zones for safety reasons.
10. Health & Safety: High noise levels expected. Ear protection is advised for infants and sensitive individuals.
11. No Re-Entry: Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue.
12. Sun Safety: This is an open venue. Carry personal sun protection. Umbrellas may be restricted.
13. Children & Pets: Children must be accompanied by adults. Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
